Dr. Carlson received his BA from the University of St. Thomas in 1993. In 1998 he received his DDS degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Dr. Carlson has been practicing locally for over 12 years and was voted one of Mpls-St. Paul Magazines “top dentists” for 2005, 2007 and 2009.
In his free time, Dr. Carlson enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys a good game of basketball and golf.
In February of 2007, Dr. Carlson and long time friend and dental school classmate Dr. John Evenson, combined their talents and passion for dentistry. They purchased Dr. Carl Walden’s 40 year practice in the Medical Arts Building in downtown Minneapolis and created Birchwood Dental of Minneapolis.

Dr. Evenson received his BA from Luther College in 1993. In 1998 he received his DDS degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Dr. Evenson has been practicing in Houston, Minnesota for over 12 years in addition to the Minneapolis practice.
Dr. Evenson splits his time between Houston, Minnesota and the Twin Cities. He enjoys spending time with his wife, friends and family.
Neda Falak, D.D.S.
Dr. Neda received her BA from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1993. After completing her undergraduate degree, Dr. Neda was accepted into the University of Minnesota Early Admission Program for Dentistry where she graduated with Honors in 1997. Dr. Neda has also received an Award for Excellence in Restorative Dentistry from the University of MN.
Dr. Neda has been serving the Eagan area for over 12 years and was voted one of Mpls-St. Paul Magazine's "top dentist" in 2005. Her dental interests include: Children's and Cosmetic Dentistry, and Endodontics.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and
three children. She also enjoys outdoor sports/activities,
cooking/entertaining, and traveling.
